POSITION SUMMARY
Use your operational, analytical and communication skills to adjudicate damage claims based oncompany standards for liability. You must be self-directed and creative as you will deal with some very interesting and complex issues. You must maintain a high degree of accuracy along with attention to detail, excellent oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to meet deadlines. This position offers growth within a stable logistics firm.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide communication of claim disposition to proper filing company.
  • Provide feedback and claims related data to operations personnel in order to target damage elimination.
  • Identifies claims trends and collaborates on solutions with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team.
  • Strong organizational skills along with excellent communication and investigation skills are required.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) Required Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Experience: Six months to one- year related experience
Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Work is of an administrative nature and typically performed indoors. Prolonged sitting at a workstation during computer use with occasional walking, standing, bending and lifting not to exceed 10lbs.
